Admin Assistant

Six (6) months contract.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
· % procurements completed in a timely manner
· % of logistics Titanic and CAROOT reports submitted on time and accurately
· At least one asset inventory conducted every six months for the office
· % of logistics, finance and admin documents scanned and uploaded onto the Archives2.0 platform within one month of the completion of documentation
· % of finance vouchers ready for review with no errors at the end of each month

TECHNICAL SKILLS
· Familiarity with basic office software programs including Word and Excel
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficiency in file organization and archiving, document scanning and digitization techniques.
· Basic knowledge of logistics processes, including quotation collection
· Basic accountancy skills in order to maintain a cash book
· Ability to work under pressure
