Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian financial regulations and company policies. Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic planning and provide actionable insights to senior management. Lead and mentor a diverse team of administrative staff, fostering teamwork and continuous professional development. What We're Looking For Required: Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting. 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting and financial analysis.
