Administrative Analyst

We are looking for high-potential students or recent graduates to join our Claims Team and organize surveys and inspections for various types of cargo worldwide.We seek individuals eager to grow professionally and contribute to our global operations by ensuring efficient and effective claims.This position is based at our headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Responsibilities:Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the operations into the automotive vertical.Follow up of the automotive cases detecting deviations and timelines of each activity.Responsible for the KPI of the automotive business.Responsible for the communication with clients and interested parties.Take accountability for each case ensuring solving and closing without any delay and into the terms agreed with the clients
Requirements:Good understanding of the logistic flowsFluent English (preferable)Good analytical skillsGood basic negotiatorGood communication skillsGood knowledge about reporting to high management
