Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team in Toronto, Ontario . This full-time role is essential to maintaining smooth and efficient operations across multiple departments in a dynamic and friendly work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records to ensure seamless information flow. Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and managing email correspondence. Coordinate and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring materials are well-stocked and available. Support team projects by compiling data and preparing detailed reports as required. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely information. Handle general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and archiving documents to uphold proper documentation standards. Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries promptly to maintain data integrity. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software tools. Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $49 per hour and is eligible for remote work, providing flexibility alongside a supportive team atmosphere.
