Key Responsibilities Conduct telephonic counselling sessions to understand prospective students’ educational goals and career aspirations, ensuring personalized guidance. Assist students in completing admission applications accurately and provide detailed information on program offerings, eligibility, and institutional policies. Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, maintaining a high standard of customer service and follow-up. Collaborate with recruitment and enrollment teams to develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies, contributing to enrollment growth targets. Organize and participate in webinars, open houses, and promotional events to attract and engage prospective students and families. Resolve student concerns and admission-related issues efficiently by applying strong problem-solving skills and empathy. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions data to monitor counselling effectiveness and support reporting needs. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication skills with proven ability in telecalling, active listening, and customer handling. 1-3 years of experience in customer service or counselling roles preferred. Preferred: Experience in educational counselling or admissions is an advantage. Familiarity with student information systems or admissions software.
