Omiz Staffing Solutions (OSS) is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our healthcare team in Desoto, TX. This full-time role focuses on chronic disease management and preventive care, offering an opportunity to improve patient outcomes and community health within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patient health needs and develop tailored care plans. Strong communication skills for patient education and engagement. Excellent critical thinking and time management abilities. Experience working within collaborative healthcare teams.
