Affiliate Manager - Fintech / Online Trading (LATAM - Remote)

Job Title: Affiliate Manager - Fintech / Online Trading Employment Type: Full-time (B2B / Independent Contractor)
ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join a leading international fintech and online trading group. In this role, you will lead the growth and management of our affiliate programs and partner networks across in the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:● Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs).● Manage, monitor, and optimize affiliate programs, campaigns, and partner activities to drive continuous growth.● Communicate regularly with partners to resolve account-related inquiries and provide ongoing strategic support.● Identify, negotiate, and renew agreements with key affiliate networks, traffic sources, and partners.● Evaluate campaign ROI, analyze performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive sales and traffic reports.● Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with marketing policies and identify non-compliant practices or fraudulent behavior.● Research market trends, GEO opportunities, and audience demographics across the market.● Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting promotional assets (landing pages, banners, campaign teasers).● Represent the company at relevant international industry conferences and networking events as required.
REQUIREMENTS:● Proven experience (1+ years) in Affiliate Management, Partner Marketing, or Business Development.● Experience within the Forex, Fintech, or Online Trading industry is strongly preferred.● Demonstrated network or portfolio of affiliate partners within the market.● Strong understanding of performance marketing models, tracking systems, and traffic acquisition channels.● Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.● Proficiency with data and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).● Flexibility to travel for industry conferences when required.
