Position Details: Location: Zone 10, Guatemala City, Guatemala Work Schedule: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Language Requirement: Bilingual in English and Spanish Job Objective Provide efficient, high-quality customer service by managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accurate information gathering, timely case follow-up, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. Maintain updated records in the CRM system and meet established performance indicators. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound and make outbound calls delivering excellent customer service. Follow up and update customers on their cases. Transfer calls to the appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members. Record and update client information in the CRM system. Perform other assigned tasks as needed. Requirements and Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
