AI Engineer

PURPOSE OF THE JOBWe are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize advanced AI solutions across our products and platforms. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, cloud environments, and scalable architectures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑impact machine learning and generative AI capabilities.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow.Build scalable AI pipelines and applications leveraging Python and LangChain.Architect and manage cloud-based AI infrastructure on AWS or Azure.Containerize and orchestrate AI services using Docker (and optionally Kubernetes).Integrate LLM-powered features, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and other modern AI techniques.Optimize model performance, reliability, and inference speed.Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Evaluate new AI technologies and propose improvements to architecture and tooling.Ensure model governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.Strong proficiency in Python for AI and backend development.Hands-on experience with TensorFlow for training and deploying models.Practical knowledge of LangChain for building LLM applications.Experience deploying AI systems on AWS or Azure cloud environments.Proficiency with Docker for containerization and reproducibility.Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and ML best practices.Experience building APIs and production-grade AI services.
Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB).Experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM fine-tuning.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML (MLOps).Experience with Kubernetes or serverless architectures.Strong communication and documentation skills.
