Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize pattern recognition and neural network models.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) pipelines and integrate AI capabilities into production-grade software.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to turn business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor model performance and refine algorithms using data-driven insights.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices for model governance, reliability, and fairness.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in computer science and software development, including data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.
• Proficiency in pattern recognition and neural networks, with experience training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, including text classification, intent detection, and conversational AI.
• Experience with AI and machine learning tools and frameworks such as Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn, as well as version control, testing, and CI/CD.
