Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with inquiries and airport navigation. Manage check-in procedures efficiently, ensuring compliance with all guidelines. Coordinate communication with security, baggage handlers, and airport staff to maintain smooth operations. Resolve customer complaints professionally and respectfully. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. Participate in safety briefings and adhere to all safety protocols. Monitor flight statuses and provide timely updates on flights and gate changes to passengers. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in customer service roles is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Experience in the airport or travel industry is a plus. Our friendly and dedicated team will support you from day one. You will report to the Shift Supervisor and collaborate closely with various airport departments to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery.
