Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, focusing on effective issue resolution. Engage with customers to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication and service quality. Develop and implement retention strategies aimed at reducing customer churn. Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions and retention metrics to measure success. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance professional skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Demonstrated empathy and understanding toward customer needs. Experience with customer service software and tools is a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles preferred. Our team structure promotes collaboration and support.
