This position is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculations, and overseeing compliance with legal and tax requirements. Day-to-day activities include processing payroll data, managing garnishments, calculating deductions and benefits, and reconciling payroll-related accounts. The role also involves preparing reports for management, analyzing compensation and payroll trends, supporting audits, and responding to employee inquiries about salaries, benefits, and deductions. The analyst collaborates closely with HR, finance, and management to maintain accurate records and support fair and consistent compensation practices.Qualifications Strong payroll administration skills, including end-to-end payroll processing and payroll systems management.Knowledge of payroll taxes and garnishments, with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Solid accounting and reconciliation skills to manage payroll-related accounts and financial reporting.Excellent analytical skills for reviewing payroll data, identifying discrepancies, and improving processes.Experience with compensation analysis, benefits administration, and HR processes is beneficial.Proficiency in Excel and payroll/HRIS software; familiarity with ERP or financial systems is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in payroll and compensation roles, ideally within multi-location or regional organizations.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
