About the role

Join the Settlement Operations team as a Settlement Operations Analyst. The role supports complex settlement functions, strategic initiatives, and business partnerships. It combines operational expertise, analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement to drive performance, strengthen controls, and enhance operational effectiveness across products, entities, and settlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex settlement activities and represent Settlement Operations across assigned business areas.
• Support strategic initiatives and drive improvements in operational efficiency, risk management, and customer experience.
• Partner with business units, agents, financial institutions, and cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and key performance objectives.
• Perform and oversee settlement, funding, refund, cash application, remittance, billing, and reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy, validity, and timeliness.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational KPIs and identify risks, trends, and opportunities for performance improvement.
