What You’ll Be Doing

Evaluate, test, and debug cutting-edge Qualcomm hardware and platforms prior to their official market launch.Work directly alongside Qualcomm’s engineering teams and international clients to resolve complex system-level integration challenges.Perform board bring-up, customize Linux/Android BSPs (Yocto/AOSP), debug kernel drivers, and optimize Wi-Fi/Bluetooth performance.Develop proofs-of-concept and reference implementations to demonstrate real-world applications of new SoCs.Author practical troubleshooting guides and deliver technical enablement sessions to support internal teams and external developers.

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of experience in Embedded Systems, specifically with Embedded Linux (Yocto, BSPs, U-Boot, Device Trees) or Android AOSP.Strong understanding of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth/BLE integration, along with fundamental networking protocols (TCP/IP).Proficiency in C/C++ for low-level software development, combined with Python or Bash for scripting and testing.Proven experience troubleshooting complex software/hardware issues using serial console, dmesg, logcat, ADB, and protocol analyzers.Strong technical communication skills and the ability to bridge complex engineering tasks with customer-facing technical enablement. (Prior experience with Qualcomm platforms is a strong plus).

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$41,041.67 - $54,450.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
