Architect in Training Exhibit Designer

Our client, a full-service corporate exhibit company in Puerto Rico, is looking for an Exhibit Designer / Architectural Designer to join their growing team. They design, build, and install trade show booths and exhibition spaces using their own modular structural systems, in-house print shop, and full inventory of furniture, lighting, and accessories.
What You'll Do
Design and adapt exhibit layouts from client briefs, drawing from an extensive library of past projects, combining elements, rearranging spaces, and updating branding while keeping everything structurally sound.Create 3D models and photorealistic renders for client approvals using SketchUp and rendering software.Produce complete installation documentation: structural piece lists, graphic specs, furniture/accessory inventories, lighting, and flooring plans.Work with a proprietary modular construction system to specify structural components for each build.Manage project data in the rental management system: verify inventory availability, log all components, and generate accurate cost sheets.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field.Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (must-have).Experience with at least one rendering engine (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar).Strong spatial reasoning, you understand how a design change impacts structure.Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative work.Bilingual: Spanish and English.
