You understand when to challenge, when to contribute, and when to listen and execute with precision.You communicate well, collaborate naturally, and care about producing exceptional work.You take pride in contributing to a practice known for thoughtful design, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Your Experience // Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or Interior Design.Four to seven years of experience in an architecture or interior design firm, with a focus on commercial office, mixed use, hospitality, or retail projects.Experience in all phases of architectural services from Programming through Construction Administration.A collaborative and professional approach to the work.Strong proficiency in Revit for three dimensional modeling, visualization, and documentation, including a meaningful understanding of parameters, family development and work-sharing.Comfortable learning and applying new digital tools, workflows, and techniques into daily practice.Demonstrated ability to coordinate and direct the work efforts of project teams a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Revit and AutoCAD required.
