About the role

Lingua Learn Czechia is seeking a franchise partner to establish and manage a virtual language school in Argentina. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity. Franchise partners receive access to Lingua Learn’s products, services, training, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local marketing and outreach, build relationships with individual and corporate clients, and coordinate online language programs.
• Manage teacher recruitment and training in alignment with Lingua Learn’s standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure a high level of learner satisfaction.
• Implement Lingua Learn’s operational processes and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with the central team for ongoing support, training, and product updates.

Requirements

• Strong communication and writing skills for engaging clients, representing the brand, and managing professional correspondence.
• Analytical skills and research abilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and adapt strategies.
• Training experience to support onboarding and development of instructors and staff.
• Experience in education, language training, or EdTech, and familiarity with online learning platforms.
