Join our dynamic financial services team in Guayaquil as a Call Center Collections Advisor. This full-time position plays a crucial role in managing overdue accounts and strengthening customer relationships to support our company’s financial health. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls to manage outstanding customer payments. Provide clear and accurate information about account balances and payment options.
