Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls to manage outstanding customer payments. Provide clear and accurate information about account balances and payment options. Document all customer interactions in the collections management system. Negotiate payment plans tailored to customer needs. Effectively resolve billing inquiries and disputes. Collaborate with the collections team to meet monthly recovery targets. Perform regular follow-ups on delinquent accounts. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma (Bachillerato) required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. No prior experience necessary; training provided.
