ASOCIACIÓN DE SEÑORAS DE LA CARIDAD DE SAN VICENTE DE PAÚL is hiring a full-time Accounting Assistant for its Zone 10 location in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
Position Overview
Provide support with recording, monitoring, and analyzing the organization’s accounting transactions. Help ensure compliance with internal policies and current tax and accounting regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recording and control of accounting transactions.
- Assist with accounting analysis, tax-related tasks, and bank reconciliations.
- Help maintain compliance with internal procedures and applicable accounting and tax requirements.
Requirements
- Female applicants, ages 25–35, as specified by the employer.
- High school diploma as a Perito Contador; university studies in CPA or Business Administration are preferred.
- At least one year of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Accounting knowledge, tax knowledge, bank reconciliation skills, accounting logic, and strong numerical aptitude.
- Organized, proactive, empathetic, service-oriented, and able to work under pressure toward goals and results.
- Effective time management, strong interpersonal skills, and professional ethics.
- Applicants should live near Zone 10 in Guatemala City.
