We are looking for a Corporate Associate to join our team.
PPO Indacochea advises a broad base of Bolivian and international clients on Corporate Law matters. We support our clients across their commercial relationships and the full range of transactions, including those with a cross-border component.Our team regularly advises on the review and negotiation of commercial agreements, and provides comprehensive support at every stage of a company's life cycle — from the incorporation and registration of new ventures through dissolution and liquidation.What does our Corporate team do?We help clients understand and apply traditional regulatory frameworks to novel business models.We work with companies operating on traditional models to design and launch new products and services.We support our clients' expansion into Latin America, the United States, and Europe, safely and efficiently.Who we work withInvestment funds, startups, software, hardware, and research companies, fintechs, multilateral financial institutions, and traditional companies undergoing digital transformation, among others.What we're looking forAt least three years of professional experience.A Law degree from a Bolivian university.Registration with the Ministry of Justice's Public Registry of Lawyers.Professional-level English, with the ability to work on international mandates.Knowledge of commercial law and experience in company incorporation.Experience in administrative and regulatory matters.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.Commitment to high standards, initiative, and the ability to take on demanding mandates.What we offerCompetitive compensation.Life and health insurance.Direct exposure to partners and high-value, complex mandates.
