Join Rado at our Plaza Las Américas boutique as an Assistant Manager.Key Responsibilities:Support the Boutique Manager in the daily operations of the store.Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience and build lasting customer relationships.Drive sales performance and help achieve store goals.Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results.Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently maintained.Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and operational excellence.Qualifications:Previous experience in retail leadership, preferably in luxury retail, jewelry, watches, or premium brands.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Results-oriented with a passion for sales and client service.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
