Lead and support operations teams in delivering excellent service in our Property & Casualty Insurance accounts. Drive performance, develop people, and ensure operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Insurance background
More than 3 years related work experience as Team Leaders/Assistant Manager
Must be at least 2nd Year College Level Completed
Proof of education is a must
(Must be a Certificate of matriculation, copy of grades)
If graduate, diploma.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
40K – 50K Basic Pay + 2K NTA
HMO DAY 1
1 dependent on day 1
2nd dependent WNS will cover 75% upon reaching 4th month
10% Night Differential
Annual Increase based on performance and performance of the team
Annual Bonus
