As an Assistant Procurement Manager – Warehousing at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to manage commercial and sourcing activities for the 3PL Warehousing spend in scope at a global level, leveraging strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies to drive value, efficiency and sustainable business results. We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. How you’ll make an impact as an Assistant Procurement Manager – Warehousing

Support the implementation of global category strategies and manage category spend across AMS.Lead sourcing projects and deliver cost savings through Strategic Sourcing methodologies, including RFIs/RFPs, e-auctions, standardization, spend aggregation and best-cost-country sourcing.Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate sourcing activities and maximize value creation.Foster a competitive supplier environment and support contract negotiations to secure optimal commercial agreements.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective deployment of category strategies across markets.Ensure compliance with Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, procurement policies and standards.

What Will Make You Successful

Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience, ideally Procurement of Warehousing or Logistics or within Operations in a 3PL company.Strong ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional and global environment.Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a global network.Proven knowledge of strategic sourcing tools, category management and risk management.Fluency in English, Spanish is a big plus.
