ASSISTANT REPAIR ANALYST

WE’RE HIRING! ✈️ ASSISTANT REPAIR ANALYST📍 Pérez Zeledón, Costa Rica | On-site Global Technik Corp. is looking for an Assistant Repair Analyst to join our team and support our aviation repair and supply chain operations. In this role, you will help coordinate aircraft component repairs, monitor repair orders throughout their lifecycle, communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, review warranty and contractual requirements, and support reporting and supplier performance activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Monitor and follow up on aircraft component repair orders• Coordinate with repair vendors, suppliers, and internal teams• Review warranty orders, repair quotations, and discrepancies• Support contract compliance and supplier performance monitoring• Assist with invoice matching exceptions and repair-related reporting• Maintain accurate repair and warranty information within company systems• Support the Repair Analyst with incoming part discrepancies and operational priorities REQUIREMENTS• High School Diploma or Technical Diploma• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Fundamental understanding of supply chain processes• Ability to read and understand technical and contractual documentation• Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple information systems• Advanced English proficiency – C2 level required• Ability to work full-time, on-site at our Pérez Zeledón facility• Must be at least 18 years old NICE TO HAVEExperience or knowledge in:• Aviation supply chain or component repair operations• Warranty processing• Supplier/vendor communication• Contract compliance• Parts departments or maintenance shops• ERP and aviation-related systems such as SAP, Ariba, Boeing Toolbox, Maintenix, Aeroxchange, QuickBase, Alteryx, or Tableau WHY GLOBAL TECHNIK?
