Associate, Talent Acquisition Contingent Workforce Coordinator San Jose, Costa Rica The Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) team is part of Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition organization and an integral component of the Business Recruiting team. CWM manages contractor demand and partners with the business, Talent organization, vendors, and other stakeholders to support Deloitte’s recruiting and contingent workforce needs.The Contractor and Vendor Lifecycle Management (CVLM) team supports the post-recruitment lifecycle of US commercial contractors across Deloitte’s businesses. Its responsibilities begin after the recruitment process and include contractor onboarding, lifecycle administration, vendor management, compliance coordination, and offboarding. The team partners closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and Talent teams to deliver an efficient, consistent, and positive contractor experience throughout the engagement.As an Associate on the Contractor and Vendor Lifecycle Management (CVLM) team, you will be responsible for the onboarding and lifecycle management of contractors during their tenure at Deloitte, including onboarding, maintenance of the contractor through their assignment, and offboarding. This role ensures seamless management and compliance throughout the contractor's assignment. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute end-to-end contractor lifecycle management activities, including onboarding, assignment maintenance, and offboarding, in accordance with established processes and service expectations.Create and manage work orders and related transactions, partnering with Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) recruiting, US and India based teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs throughout the assignment lifecycle.Manage approval workflows, reminders, and follow-up actions to support timely processing of onboarding, offboarding, extensions, revisions, and other contractor changes.Troubleshoot routine onboarding and contractor issues in partnership with internal teams and submit tickets to support teams such as Fieldglass Business Admin, Asset Management, DAS, or others as needed.Communicate status updates, required actions, and lifecycle milestones to CWM teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and contractors; maintain accurate distribution lists and shared mailboxes.Support ongoing contractor maintenance activities, including invoice updates, access issues, rejected invoices, assignment revisions, performance-related follow-up, and Full Time Employee conversion coordination.Coordinate on WBS changes, allocation updates, exceptions, and other assignment-related issues that may affect contractor start dates, continued assignment, or offboarding.Monitor timesheet completion and support timely vendor invoicing and payment by following up on routine questions and unresolved items.Create and renew TPRM records for 1099/Independent Contractors and route assignment changes to the appropriate teams for action.Send required surveys, track completion, and support candidate and stakeholder experience follow-up activities.Maintain accurate case documentation, productivity tracking, and transaction records to support reporting accuracy and operational visibility.Escalate unresolved contractor issues, system problems, compliance concerns, and process exceptions to the Lead or appropriate partner teams.Independently manage daily assigned work while following team guidance, service standards, and escalation protocols. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of relevant professional in recruiting, contingent workforce hiring, professional services, or large corporate environmentsTechnical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience with applicant tracking or vendor management systems/applicationsStrong English and Spanish oral and written communication skillsAbility to travel as neededMust be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive tasks to timely completion.Strong organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
