Audit Analyst

Audit Analyst is responsible for reviewing large volumes of AP-PO variance records andidentifying the most likely root cause of each discrepancy. The role requires basic Excelskills, attention to detail, and the ability to apply business rules across Purchasing,Transportation, Accounts Payable, Supplier Billing, and Branch Operations processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze invoice, PO, freight, surcharge, allowance, and receiving data- Determine the most likely root cause event- Assign approved root cause categories- Document findings and escalate exceptions- Maintain productivity and accuracy standard
Requirements:
- B2 High English Level- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing- Preferred experience in Freight Auditing, Supply Chain or Logistics Operation
