Key Responsibilities: Handle back office operations related to complaint resolution. Utilize operation tools to close complaints effectively. Support smooth execution of operational tasks. Salary & Benefits: Monthly salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹16,500 based on experience. Training period: 3 weeks with a stipend of ₹381 per working day. Hiring Criteria: Qualification: Graduate in any field or 3-year diploma after 12th grade. Open to freshers and experienced candidates from call center, banking, or telecom sectors. Strong written communication skills in English. Languages required: Hindi and English. Male candidates: 24/4 rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.
