This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting our core operations through precise data management and organizational expertise. You will enhance workflow efficiency and ensure accurate data processing, contributing directly to our company’s success. Key Responsibilities Perform high-accuracy data entry to manage critical business information. Utilize advanced Excel tools to organize, analyze, and present data effectively. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for easy document retrieval and compliance. Regularly scan documents to keep digital records current and accurate. Collaborate with multiple departments to gather information and support projects. Monitor data integrity across platforms to avoid errors and discrepancies. Assist in streamlining back office processes to improve operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. Proficiency in Excel and data management software. Strong data entry and file management skills. 1-3 years experience in back office or administrative roles preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration. Join a supportive team environment reporting directly to the Back Office Manager. This role is based onsite in Visakhapatnam and is not eligible for remote work.
