Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to customers to follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely collection and reducing delinquency rates. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent education. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers. Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service or collections, preferably within banking or financial services.
