ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Business Development professional with solid Web3 experience to expand UPay's partnerships and drive business growth globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and develop new B2B partnership opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, exchanges, wallets, fintechs, and institutions.
• Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Represent UPay at industry events, meetings, and online communities.
• Achieve and exceed business development targets.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B Business Development within Web3 / Crypto industry.
• Strong network and proven track record in partnerships or business growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) is a must.
• Self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented.
• Onsite Dubai or remote — both welcome.
