Our portfolio includes red maca, black maca, guayusa, hibiscus, and other native botanicals with strong potential in wellness, vitality, fertility, and hormonal health categories.As we expand internationally, particularly into the United States, we are looking for a B2C & Marketing Manager to lead the next stage of our evolution.This is not a traditional marketing role.We are looking for a strategic leader capable of transforming a company with unique products and a powerful origin story into a globally recognized brand.You will define our market positioning, lead our branding strategy, build demand generation capabilities, and create scalable growth channels across Amazon, Shopify, digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and international distribution.If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, brand building, e-commerce, and growth, we would love to meet you.Key Responsibilities✔ Develop and execute the global marketing strategy.✔ Lead market research and consumer insight initiatives.✔ Define brand positioning, messaging, and architecture.✔ Lead and coordinate branding and rebranding projects.✔ Build Amazon and DTC growth strategies.✔ Develop customer acquisition and retention programs.✔ Design and manage digital marketing campaigns.✔ Build partnerships with influencers, wellness professionals, and strategic collaborators.✔ Establish KPIs and growth dashboards.✔ Manage agencies, freelancers, and external marketing partners.✔ Collaborate closely with the Commercial and Executive teams to drive international expansion.
What we’re looking for:✔ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields✔ Master's degree or specialized education in Marketing, Growth, Digital Commerce, or Brand Strategy preferred.✔ 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.✔ Proven experience scaling consumer brands internationally.✔ Experience in wellness, nutraceuticals, supplements, health products, functional foods, or related sectors highly preferred.✔ Strong command of SEO, SEM, and AIO applied to digital campaigns and content, key requirement of Amazon, Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and performance marketing.✔ Experience developing go-to-market strategies for international markets.✔ Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset.✔ Experience managing orders, post-sales operations, and logistics coordination✔ Advanced English — required✔ Direct professional experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or digital channel management for companies operating in Europe or the United States is highly desirable What Success Looks Like
