Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate product and service information
• Resolve complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain high customer service standards to build positive relationships
• Document customer interactions and feedback for ongoing improvements
• Collaborate with team members for efficient service delivery
• Participate in training and meetings to improve product knowledge and skills

Required Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2-C1 level) to support English-speaking customers directly
• Residence in the Guadalajara metropolitan area (on-site role)
• Availability Monday through Saturday
• At least 18 years old as per Mexican labor law
• High School Diploma (Bachillerato) required
• No prior experience necessary; full training provided

This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and involves close teamwork with other advisors and departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
