Job description
Join VDart as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Austin, Texas! We are seeking a dedicated professional with at least 6 months of recent, verifiable experience in a high-volume contact center or call center environment. Bilingual skills are essential to effectively assist Medicaid providers and clients. Key Responsibilities: Work any 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM; schedule changes not allowed during first 90 days. Provide unbiased assistance regarding Medicaid eligibility, medical claims, and program inquiries. Resolve problems promptly and courteously. Document all interactions accurately in online logs. Transfer calls to appropriate Call Center units when necessary. Meet performance standards and maintain attendance and quality metrics. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Preferred Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong multitasking abilities. Requirements: Minimum 6 months recent experience in a high-volume contact center (verifiable). Bilingual capability required. Must be available for shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM.
