Join VDart as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Austin, Texas! We are seeking a skilled bilingual professional with at least 6 months of recent experience in a high-volume contact center or call center environment. This contract role offers $22 per hour and requires availability for any 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM. Key Responsibilities: Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and program inquiries. Respond promptly, courteously, and clearly to phone inquiries. Document all interactions accurately in online logs. Transfer calls to other Call Center units when necessary. Meet individual performance standards and maintain attendance and quality metrics. Assist in problem resolution as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Required Skills: Minimum 6 months recent verifiable experience in a high-volume contact center/call center. Bilingual capability is mandatory. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong multitasking abilities. Additional Information: Contract position based in Austin, Texas. Shift availability between 7 AM and 7 PM; schedule changes not allowed during first 90 days. Competitive pay at $22 per hour. On-site position; remote work not eligible.
