Key Responsibilities Receive inbound calls to efficiently resolve patient, doctor, and insurer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution. Provide compassionate patient care by supporting pharmaceutical programs and directing cases to specialized teams when necessary. Strive to meet and exceed performance targets, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics. Document all call details and data accurately following company operating procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards. Utilize comprehensive Knowledge Base resources to resolve inquiries effectively and consistently. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and proprietary information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies. Develop a thorough understanding of company security and privacy practices to safeguard sensitive data. Participate in ongoing training on product updates, new features, and launches to stay current and enhance service delivery. Contribute feedback to management aimed at improving patient experience, product offerings, and internal processes. What We're Looking For Required: Fluency in both Korean and Vietnamese languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical support. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and call center software. Ability to work full-time on-site in Pittsburgh, PA, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer support roles. Knowledge of insurance processes and terminology.
