Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to management, analyzing performance metrics and recommending improvements. Utilize CRM software to accurately maintain customer records and track sales activities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in retail or customer-facing roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
