Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Raleigh, NC

Rick Phillip is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive and collaborative team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This full-time role offers the opportunity to deliver effective behavioral therapy and interventions that make a meaningful difference in clients' lives. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs. Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and continuously monitor client progress. Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic support. Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members. Engage in ongoing data collection and analysis to optimize treatment effectiveness. Participate in team meetings to review client progress and adjust strategies as necessary. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field. Active BCBA certification is mandatory. Experience developing individualized treatment plans for clients with diverse behavioral needs. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices. Proficiency with data analysis software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar BCBA role preferred.
