About Buddy Buddy is a supportive platform where users engage with trained coaches to feel lighter, calmer, and more heard through genuine human conversation. Our approach is non-clinical; coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Role Summary As a Mental Wellness Coach, you will conduct empathetic, supportive one-on-one conversations with users, helping them explore emotions, reflect, and feel understood without providing therapy or clinical advice. Responsibilities: Lead 1:1 supportive, non-clinical conversations. Validate user emotions with empathy and without judgment. Ask reflective questions to provide clarity and insight. Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times. Adhere to Buddy’s safety and escalation protocols. Submit concise post-session notes promptly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Native or professional-level spoken English proficiency. High emotional intelligence and strong empathy skills.
