About the role
Greenleafvic has 2 full-time positions available for a BOH line cook and prep cook. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food and cook.
- Prepare ingredients for daily service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning when needed.
- Stock and organize ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team with other BOH duties.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset.
