Qualifications
• Graduate of an Automotive Technology or related vocational/bachelor’s course.
• Strong technical background and understanding of auto body repair and paint processes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in scheduling and monitoring repair progress.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate smoothly with service advisors and repair technicians.
• Basic computer literacy for tracking job orders.
• Preferably holds NC I, II or III certifications from technical education authorities or at least one (1) year of experience working in an automotive body and paint environment.
