Assist in lead generation and promote company services to prospective clients. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality. Consistently meet or exceed daily performance targets and KPIs. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Strong communication skills in English and local languages. Customer service and problem-solving proficiency. Experience in telecalling or BPO roles preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills is a plus.
