MUSTAK Chudasama is hiring a motivated Telecaller / BPO Executive in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Join our full-time team and play a key role in driving customer service excellence and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and generate leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets by effectively persuading customers.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM data accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance communication and sales skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Experience in BPO or telecalling roles preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call management tools is advantageous.
