Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and generate leads. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information. Meet daily and monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion. Record customer interactions and update CRM system accurately and timely. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer service strategies. Participate in ongoing training to enhance communication and sales skills. Qualifications & Skills Education: Any Graduate. Excellent verbal communication and strong customer service orientation. Persuasive sales tactics with a focus on achieving targets. Prior experience in BPO or telecalling preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and call management tools is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Telecaller / BPO Executive, you will report to the Team Leader and work closely with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success.
