RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive new business and grow existing accounts
• Build strong client relationships and develop excellence service
• Manage branch sales, operations and profitability
• Develop a pipeline of target accounts and opportunities
• Recruit, train and develop branch employees

REQUIREMENTS
• Staffing industry experience required
• Proven sales and business development experience
• Leadership and team management experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
