About the role
Park Capital Search is an executive search and executive support talent firm. The Brand & Growth Marketing Manager will shape the voice and visual identity of Park Capital Search, Evergreen, its RPO division, and the founder's personal brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop campaigns and content, then organize them into a monthly calendar.
- Coach teammates on building their personal brands using the content you create.
- Manage LinkedIn, social media, and email campaigns.
- Review analytics each month and use the insights to improve marketing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or brand strategy.
- A current, non-templated portfolio.
- A clear point of view and willingness to defend it.
- Interest in growing an audience organically and tracking results.
- Enjoyment of mentoring people and creating content.
