Budget Cost Control Supervisor

About the RoleCNGR Advanced Material is looking for a Budget & Cost Accounting Team Leader to join our Finance team in Jujuy, Argentina. This role plays a key part in overseeing accounting operations, expense management, fixed asset control, and the implementation of financial systems in a large-scale mining/manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Payments & Contract Review Review corporate payments and personal expense reimbursement documents. Verify and audit personal and corporate transactions (loans, receivables, and payables).🔹 Monthly Expense Summary & Analysis Register accounts, establish expense standards, and submit monthly expense analysis reports by the 5th of each month.🔹 Fixed Asset Management Lead the implementation of a three-tiered fixed asset management mechanism (labeling, monthly inspections). Manage monthly depreciation and inflation adjustments for fixed and intangible assets.🔹 Asset Inventory Conduct semi-annual and annual asset inventory counts and issue the corresponding reports.🔹 Financial Systems Management Drive the successful implementation and daily use of financial systems (FSSC, SAP).🔹 Institutional Development Develop and update internal financial policies and procedural guidelines.🔹 Team Coordination Support team communication, workflow coordination, and leadership-assigned tasks.
QualificationsEducation ✅ Must Have: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. ⭐ Preferred: Master's degree.Experience ✅ Must Have: 3+ years of financial work experience. ⭐ Preferred: Experience in foreign-invested enterprises, multinational projects, or the mining/energy industry.Languages ✅ Must Have: English (working proficiency). ⭐ Preferred: Chinese (native or fluent).Core Skills ✅ Must Have: Solid financial knowledge and hands-on accounting experience. ⭐ Preferred: Advanced Excel/WPS and PowerPoint; SAP experience; finance professional certification (CPA or equivalent).Special Requirements ✅ Willingness to travel to and work at the Puna Camp site (high-altitude location)
