Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analytics professional to transform data into actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making. This role will analyze underwriting and portfolio performance, identify trends and risks, evaluate profitability, and develop dashboards and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze business and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business and operational initiatives.Support budgeting, planning, and ad hoc business analysis.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.3+ years of experience in business, data, financial, actuarial, or risk analytics.Advanced SQL, Excel, and Power BI skills.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Insurance or financial services experience preferred.Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
