Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions? We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help drive impactful business and technology initiatives.
🔹 What You'll Do As a Business Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that create business value. Key responsibilities include:
✅ Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements. ✅ Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery. ✅ Conduct feasibility studies, business case development, and process improvement initiatives. ✅ Recommend and evaluate solution options aligned with business objectives. ✅ Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring timely defect resolution. ✅ Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. ✅ Drive decision-making while preventing scope creep and maintaining project focus. ✅ Identify risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact project success.
🔹 What We're Looking For ✔️ 3+ years of Business Analysis experience. ✔️ Experience in IT-focused environments. ✔️ Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. ✔️ Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). ✔️ Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and with remote teams. ✔️ Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. ✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills. 🔹 Preferred Technical Knowledge ✅ Supply Chain Solutions experience. ✅ Understanding of EDI and API concepts. ✅ Knowledge of Web, Mobile, and IoT technologies. 🔹 Key Skills 🌟 Stakeholder Management 🌟 Critical Thinking & Problem Solving 🌟 Effective Communication 🌟 Adaptability & Agility 🌟 Collaboration & Change Management 🔹 Language Requirement Fluent English is required.
