Business Analyst

About the role

CHEP is looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions and help drive business and technology initiatives. The role partners with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that create business value.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams to support successful project delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies, develop business cases, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Recommend and evaluate solution options aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring timely defect resolution.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive decision-making, prevent scope creep, and maintain project focus.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities that may affect project success.

Requirements

• Advanced English is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of Business Analysis experience and experience in IT-focused environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations and with remote teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Preferred technical knowledge includes Supply Chain Solutions experience, understanding of EDI and API concepts, and knowledge of Web, Mobile, and IoT technologies.
