Business Analyst

You will own requirements and analytical work across the full delivery lifecycle, partnering with the Product Owner and Technical Lead. From discovery and sprint planning through UAT, documentation governance, and value tracking, you will play a pivotal role in shaping solutions and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive discovery efforts, manage product backlog, and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Product Owner, guiding solution direction when needed
- Facilitate workshops, design conferences, and stakeholder engagements across technical, financial, and executive levels
- Produce BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and BPMN‑aligned process models
- Lead UAT, manage defect resolution, and secure client sign‑off
- Track KPIs, measure delivery outcomes, and mentor junior BAs

Who You Are:
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience (minimum 1 year in agile squad environments)
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Certified in Business Analysis (IIBA, PMI, etc.)
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or Miro
- Experience in data, analytics, or enterprise systems (SAP, cloud data platforms, BI dashboards)
- Collaborative, adaptable, and solution‑oriented mindset

Nice to Have:
- Experience in utilities or related sectors
- Familiarity with ETL tools and Databricks
- Passion for digital environments (programming, data science, emerging tech)
