Leads Digital is hiring a full-time Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive based in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. This role is essential for advancing our marketing strategies and expanding business opportunities, particularly in the healthcare and IT sales sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Leads Digital's products and services effectively.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building strong client relationships.
• Conduct thorough market research to assess customer needs and analyze competitors.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets with a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design targeted marketing campaigns for various market segments.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and promotional materials to prospective clients.
• Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred: Technology Graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly target-oriented and self-driven.
• Experience in healthcare or IT sales is strongly preferred.

• North Bengal: Maldah, Raiganj, Balurghat, Islampur
• North Bengal & Sikkim: Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, Cooch Behar, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Gangtok

The Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
