Leads Digital is hiring a full-time Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. This on-site role combines marketing strategy, client relationship development, and sales execution across assigned territories in West Bengal and Sikkim. Candidates with strong communication skills, a target-oriented approach, and experience in healthcare or IT sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
• Identify business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Research customer needs, market conditions, and competitors.
• Meet sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver marketing campaigns for specific market segments.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and promotional materials.
• Track campaign performance and adjust marketing initiatives as needed.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• A technology degree is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in healthcare sales or IT sales is highly desirable.

Job Location and Territories

Territory assignments are based on each candidate’s location and experience.

• South Bengal: Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Kalyani, and Krishnanagar.
• Mid Bengal: Krishnanagar, Nabadwip, Berhampore, Murshidabad, Bolpur, Suri, Bardhaman, Durgapur, and Maldah.
• North Bengal: Maldah, Raiganj, Balurghat, and Islampur.
• North Bengal and Sikkim: Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, Cooch Behar, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, and Gangtok.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: 400000 per year.
