Leads Digital is hiring a full-time Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive based in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. This key role focuses on driving marketing strategies and expanding business opportunities, particularly in healthcare or IT sales sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Leads Digital's products and services.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Conduct thorough market research to analyze customer needs and competitors.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets with a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design targeted marketing campaigns for specific market segments.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and promotional materials.
• Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred: Technology Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Experience in healthcare or IT sales is highly desirable.

• North Bengal & Sikkim: Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, Cooch Behar, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Gangtok
