Business Analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst to join one of our UK clients on a full‑time remote role. This position offers the chance to work on global projects, driving digital transformation and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive discovery efforts, manage product backlog, and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Product Owner, guiding solution direction when needed
- Facilitate workshops, design conferences, and stakeholder engagements across technical, financial, and executive levels
- Produce BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and BPMN‑aligned process models
- Lead UAT, manage defect resolution, and secure client sign‑off
- Track KPIs, measure delivery outcomes, and mentor junior BAs

Who You Are:
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience (minimum 1 year in agile squad environments)
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Certified in Business Analysis (IIBA, PMI, etc.)
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or Miro
- Experience in data, analytics, or enterprise systems (SAP, cloud data platforms, BI dashboards)
- Collaborative, adaptable, and solution‑oriented mindset

Nice to Have:
- Experience in utilities or related sectors
- Familiarity with ETL tools and Databricks
- Passion for digital environments (programming, data science, emerging tech)
